Your client remains your client.
WebAgencyOn can sit behind your agency rather than competing for the relationship you built. Visibility is a project decision, not something we decide for you.
Three ways to work.
The right level depends on how your agency manages the client.
Behind the agency
Your team sends the brief, reviews the work and communicates with the client. WebAgencyOn stays entirely in the production layer.
Technical presence
We join selected technical calls or email threads where implementation questions are easier to resolve directly.
Authorised direct technical contact
We can communicate with the client inside a clearly defined technical boundary when the agency explicitly authorises it.
Technical contact does not transfer the relationship.
We do not use an agency delivery engagement as a route to market our own services to the agency’s client. We do not add WebAgencyOn branding to white-label work unless attribution is requested. Project-specific confidentiality can be documented where needed.
We do not invent employment status, certifications, job titles or identities that are not true. Discretion and honesty can coexist.
One relationship model, one approval path.
| Decision | Normally defined before production |
|---|---|
| Who receives the brief? | Agency, WebAgencyOn or both. |
| Who talks to the client? | Agency only, or authorised technical participation. |
| Who consolidates feedback? | One agreed owner to avoid contradictory changes. |
| Who approves production? | The authorised agency/client contact. |
| Who receives launch details? | The party that controls the production environment. |
Tell us how your agency wants delivery to behave.
Start with the Agency Profile. If the relationship is recurring, add the Partnership Brief. For a single project, the normal project forms are enough.
