FAQ

Agency questions, answered plainly.

If a project needs a different boundary, put it in the brief rather than assuming a generic rule.

Will you contact or market to our client?

Not as a consequence of a delivery engagement. Your client remains your client. Any direct technical communication is agreed with the agency first.

Can you work completely white-label?

Yes, where the project suits it. WebAgencyOn can remain behind the agency and deliver without public attribution.

Do we need to use a particular CMS or framework?

No. Technology follows the project. A specific stack can be part of the brief, but we do not sell one platform as the correct answer to every problem.

Can we send overflow projects only when we are busy?

Yes. That fits Build. If the pattern becomes regular, Delivery Partner may make more operational sense.

Can you join client calls?

If the agency wants it and the project benefits from technical participation. We can also stay completely behind the scenes.

Do you need our main hosting password?

Usually no. We prefer collaborator, delegated or limited technical access. Attended remote access is another option.

Can you work through AnyDesk or TeamViewer?

Yes for attended technical assistance where appropriate. The agency or client can remain present and type sensitive credentials themselves.

Do you guarantee a delivery date?

We agree realistic timing for the accepted scope, but do not publish a universal guarantee that ignores feedback, providers, DNS, registrars or changing requirements.

Do you guarantee PageSpeed scores or conversion rates?

No. We optimise appropriately for the project, but do not sell arbitrary scores or guaranteed commercial outcomes as proof.

Do you use AI?

We may use specialised AI systems internally for research, content, UX, coding or review where useful. Human direction, judgement and implementation remain part of delivery.

Can you deploy to our client's hosting?

Yes where the hosting is compatible and access is provided safely. Deployment, DNS, SSL and launch responsibilities are made explicit in scope.

Can you handle domains, DNS and Cloudflare?

Yes when relevant to delivery. Domain research, DNS, SSL, Cloudflare configuration and related launch work can form part of a project.

Can you take on custom backend work?

Potentially. Use the Technical Brief so we can understand authentication, data, integrations, deployment and operational requirements first.

How is pricing decided?

Build is scoped around the defined project. Delivery Partner reflects recurring capacity/responsibility. Technical Partner depends on implementation complexity and operational responsibility.
