Your agency owns strategy and the client relationship unless we explicitly agree otherwise. We own the production scope we accept.
What Build can include
Responsive frontend, page architecture, content implementation, forms, agreed custom functionality, DNS/deployment work and technical handover. The exact stack is selected after the project is understood.
What it does not mean
Build is not an unlimited redesign subscription and it is not a promise that every project fits a fixed turnaround. Scope, dependencies, review points and commercial terms are agreed before production.
