LEGAL
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 30 August 2026.
Current cookie approach
At launch, Web Agency On does not use advertising, behavioural profiling or analytics cookies on the public website.
We deliberately keep tracking to a minimum.
Strictly necessary cookies and storage
The website may use strictly necessary technical session or security mechanisms when required to:
- maintain form security;
- generate and verify anti-forgery / nonce values;
- prevent duplicate submissions or abuse;
- maintain authenticated private areas when those features are enabled;
- provide functionality explicitly requested by the user.
These mechanisms are not used to build advertising profiles.
Consent banner
Because the public website currently uses only technical mechanisms necessary to provide requested functionality, we do not display a consent banner solely for those essential cookies.
If Web Agency On later enables analytics, advertising, behavioural profiling or another non-essential cookie or similar technology, we will update this policy and introduce the required consent controls before that technology is activated.
Third-party websites
Links to external services such as PayPal lead to third-party websites.
Those websites may use their own cookies under their own policies. Cookies placed after you leave webagencyon.com are controlled by the relevant third party, not by Web Agency On.
Managing cookies
Browsers allow users to inspect, block or delete cookies.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent some forms or authenticated features from operating correctly.
Changes
We will update this policy if the cookies or similar technologies used by Web Agency On change.
